We are looking to add experienced foremen/machine operators and motivated laborers to our team.Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.

Foreman
Job Description:
Oversee a construction crew of 3 -- 6 crew members on jobsites located in the DC metro area.
Manage compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Maintain regular and consistent communication with the Construction Manager.
Monitor the work to be performed in accordance with the provided plans and construction schedule.
Update progress by providing a short daily report form.

Foreman Qualifications:
3 -- 4 years of experience in the construction field, as a foreman.
Must be an English speaker, bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Must have experience with, and be able to operate, heavy machinery.
Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task and to assess priorities.
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Must have reliable means of transportation to get to our construction yard.

Laborers
Job Description:
Assist the foreman/machine operator with the excavation of the trenches for the installation of
electric and communication conduits, concrete structures, concrete encasement and back-filling.
Comply with all the safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Communicate with the Foreman about the tasks on hand.

Laborer Qualifications:
1-- 2 years of experience in the construction field.
Must be reliable and have own means of transportation to get to our construction yard.
Must be willing to learn and improve, there is opportunity for growth.
Must be able to work as a team to accomplish the task at hand.
